At OSMI London, every garment is handmade to order by us in our London studio. Rather than producing in excess, each piece is carefully crafted once your order has been placed, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality.
Processing Time
As each garment is made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be handmade and prepared for dispatch.
Once your order has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
UK Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.
Total Delivery Time
Please allow:
- Up to 2 weeks for your garment to be handmade.
- 3–5 working days for UK delivery once your order has been dispatched.
