To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Items cannot be accepted for return if any tags have been removed, the garment has been worn, damaged, altered, or shows any signs of use. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Email us at info@osmilondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and your intention to return your item(s).
  2. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the return instructions.
  3. Carefully package your item and send it back using a tracked delivery service. We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear in your account after it has been processed, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@osmilondon.com, including your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
